Weekly Review: Jan 20 - 26, 2014

I have nothing to report for this week.  No weigh in since I was traveling.  No miles because I needed to rest and recover.  Bad eating because I need to go grocery shopping.

Next week I'll get back on track with the miles and try to do better with food too.
