Weekly Review: September 30 - October 6, 2013

Here's this week's recap
Monday
PM Workout:  Elliptical 1.16mi, 33:35mins, resistance level 1, ramp incline 20%
Notes:  Not to bad tonight.  It felt pretty good on the elliptical tonight.

Tuesday
PM Workout:  Treadmill run/walk 2.09mi @ 14:21 per mi
Notes:  Not bad, some twinges in the left heel and right knee.

Wednesday
PM Workout:  Bike 8.10mi, 16.2 mph avg, resistance level 3
Notes:  Great ride tonight.

Thursday
PM Workout: Treadmill run/walk 2.06mi @ 14:41 per mi
Notes:  A few left heel issues tonight.  Hoping it will be okay for the races this weekend.

Friday
PM Workout: Treadmill walk 3mi @ 15:05 per mi
Notes:  Walk was okay and felt pretty good.

Saturday
AM Workout: Disney's Happy Haunted Family 5K 3.1mi @ 15:48 per mi
PM Workout: Tower of Terror 10mi 10.67mi @ 16:12 per mi
Notes: The 5K is a trail run and I really don't do well on trails, but I just tried to enjoy and finish it up.  The 10 miler was not my best effort or all that enjoyable, but I'll save that story for another post.

Sunday
PM Workout: Treadmill walk 1.5mi @ 20:00 per mi
Notes:  A bit sore and tired so I just kept a nice slow walk today.

Training Notes
Another month of training highs and lows, new but not always good race experiences and not doing what I should with my diet.  The week wasn't bad overall and I got to spend time with good friends during race weekend.
