Have You Noticed?

With all the excitement around the Wine and Dine Half Marathon and Walt Disney World's 40th Anniversary it's easy to miss, but....

We are under 100 days to the 2012 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend!

If you have been training hard, keep it up as you are now entering the time to start really pushing your training and reaching new levels in preparation to the races. 

If you haven't started training yet - start, you still have time, but you need to get moving now.  Find a plan that will work with your schedule and stick to it and you'll be just fine.
