Dopey Training Review - Week #33


MIND CHECK
Had some interesting days prior to heading to Disneyland. Nothing monumental to write about though. My computer crashed and I lost about 3 weeks of my training log comments, but at least I know my mileage :)!
BODY CHECK
I had some swelling issues leading up to the Disneyland Half, but prior to the trip it wasn't too bad in terms of how the body was feeling.
NUTRITION
This was not the best week in terms of food, but it wasn't worse than it had been either.
WORKOUT PLAN
Monday
AM: Easy Run - Warm up walk, 2mi @ 14:34 per mi, cool down walk
PM: Treadmill easy walk - 2.62mi @ 16:48 per mi
Tuesday
AM: Walk - 4mi no target
Ended up being a rest day today.
Wednesday
AM: Easy Run - Warm up walk, 2mi @ 14:34 per mi, cool down walk
PM: Treadmill easy walk - 3.37mi @ 17:31 per mi
Thursday
AM: Easy Run - Warm up walk, 2mi @ 14:34 per mi, cool down walk
Ended up being a rest day today. Trying to get ready to head to California.
Friday
REST
Travel to California. Attend the Disneyland Half Marathon Expo.
Saturday
AM: Disneyland Fabulous 5K
AM: Easy - 4.28mi @ 15:14 per mi
Disneyland Fabulous Family 5K and the scenic route back to the hotel.
Sunday
AM: Disneyland Half Marathon
AM: Easy Walk - 13.1mi @ 15:59 per mi
Finished the Disneyland Half - earned my medal and my coast to coast medal :)!
